Congratulations on being nominated!

If you or your community have been nominated for an ACE Award and you are ready submit the required questionnaire, documents or videos, CLICK HERE!  It will prompt you to login with an existing account you already created on this site OR you can create an account.  

You will then want to select "Click here to begin new submission".  You will select which category you or your community have been nominated for and then fill out the required information / upload required documents / provide video links. 

If you want to know what is required for your category - click HERE for the category guide!  This lists out in detail what is required for each ACE Awards category. 

You have until June 6th to upload the required category submission documents.
